Shipping & Returns

Delivery
We dispatch from our UK warehouse with free delivery on all UK orders. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days by courier or Royal Mail.

Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days. Only working days count, so the dispatch clock starts on the first working day after you order.

Need your order sooner? Email info@peacockpowder.co.uk with your order details and delivery address and we'll quote you for express delivery.

Returns
If you're ordering as an individual, UK consumer law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To cancel, email info@peacockpowder.co.uk and return the goods within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original condition; opened or used powder may reduce the refund.

For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of return postage. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return postage and refund you in full.

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we'll refund the price you paid, including standard outbound delivery, to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow a few extra days for your bank to process it.

Custom-mixed or made-to-order items can't be cancelled once production has started, in line with UK rules on bespoke goods.
